Q. How far is the beach?
A. It literally is a few minutes walk away to a stretch of secluded beachfront. A few more minutes away and you will be in the busy stretch of town and in the company of many other locals, tourists and sun-worshippers.
Q. Do you have any special offers for groups?
A. Yes, in fact we may have special offers for couples too. Our accomodation suits families and couples. We will do our best to ensure your stay is pleasant and memorable. We’d like you to come back and we’d love you to recommend us. That would be the best compliment!
Q. Is there anything to do nearby?
A. Absolutely, you can do as much or as little as you like. We’re minutes away from the beach, a few minutes away by car from one of Spain’s top golf courses, and if you prefer not to move, we have lush gardens, a cool pool and a fabulous bar and restaurant at your disposal.
A short trip to the centre, will give you the chance to pick up some holiday gifts, sample the freshly cooked seafood on the beaches many restaurants, and mingle with the other tourists and locals. There are many more local attractions and a short drive to Malaga will uncover numerous possibilities to suit the whole family. Fuengirola Zoo, Benalmadena Park, Picasso Museum, Tivoli World, The Bullring.. and much more.
Q. What is the weather like?
A. It’s hard to predict, and even the professionals get it wrong, but if you’d like a safe bet of hot. hot hot..Southern Spain is just the place!
Q. What time is checkout?
A. Checkout is normally at 12noon. We’re sure you’d like to stay longer, and you are very welcome to extend your stay with us. We’d hate to see you leave on account of getting back to reality!
Q. It seems like a romantic place, I have something in mind..
A. Las Islas is everything we make it out to be, if there is something that would make your stay more special and memorable, then please tell us. We will try our best to accomodate you and assist with any extra arrangements. Get in touch and book our private balcony for a romantic dinner by candle and moonlight – Soft jazz or Spanish guitar in the background..you get the picture!
Q. Is there anything else I should know?
A. We recommend you hire a car during your stay, it will make things easier for you in getting about and enable you to enjoy more of Fuengirola and Malaga. The euro currency is widely accepted here but you will have no trouble exchanging most other foreign currency.
