Lebanese and Syrian Cuisine Weekend Cooking Classes

We are excited to announce that we are offering a wonderful opportunity this winter to learn how to prepare a variety of our Lebanese dishes, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We are setting up informal cooking courses starting in January, each of which will consist of three days of cooking, learning and feasting.

We would like to acquaint you all with the diverse, fresh and nutritious cuisines of Lebanon and Syria, so that you may just observe the process of creating our unique dishes, but – more importantly – walk away from our course with the confidence to recreate them at home.

Our cuisine is one characterized by passion, nature and togetherness, so Las Islas provides the perfect surroundings in which to be inspired and share your passion with a small group of like-minded guests.

Our lessons will begin at 12:00pm and will continue for 3 to 4 hours, Throughout this time, we will demonstrate the preparation of a sumptuous three-course meal, providing plenty of opportunity for you to contribute and try out these processes for yourselves.

The kinds of dishes we will share include both those served at Las Islas, and the more traditional home-cooked meals we grew up on. We will then sit down together to share and enjoy our creations, relaxing throughout the afternoon over good food and conversation.

We will be holding each course for groups of six.
All of our courses will be held over weekends.

and will be thereafter held every weekend until the last weekend of March.
